We are licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to carry out probate services and, as part of our license, we are required to conduct a diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the findings.
Our latest diversity report was carried out in March 2023 and, in summary, shows that we are a youthful team with 71% of employees below the age of 45, with a gender split of 57% female to 43% male, and are from a range of socio-economic and educational backgrounds.
We are satisfied with the results of this survey and will continue to monitor our diversity data.
