Auker Hutton is in association with Auker Hutton Limited, a private company that offers company secretarial and bookkeeping services to other companies. Where legislation allows, Auker Hutton Limited will act as the company secretary for Auker Hutton's limited company clients, using our Lamberhurst address as the client's registered office. This ensures that all official H M Revenue & Customs and Companies House documents are sent to our office and can be dealt with by Auker Hutton and Auker Hutton Limited promptly and efficiently without inconveniencing you.

Where legislation does not allow Auker Hutton Limited to act as company secretary (for example Auker Hutton audit clients), the company secretarial service can still be offered but in a different form.

Auker Hutton Limited are able to deal with the following secretarial duties:

• Submitting accounts to Companies House
• Completing and submitting Annual Returns to Companies House
• Completing other Companies House forms
• Maintaining the statutory books and records (members and directors lists etc)
